Venue Request Form

To request a venue at the Ogle Center, please complete the Request for Venue Form. For instructions on completing the Request for Venue Form, please download the Perfect Event Guidelines. If you are selling tickets or controlling admission for your event, please complete the Ticket Information Form. (Note: This form is in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free download, to view it.)
